The program begins with a 30-minute networking segment and lunch, followed by a 60-minute keynote featuring interactive exercises and discussion.
Workshop Summary: As professional communicators, we all interact with audiences of various sizes and stripes, so it's inevitable that there will come a time when you're in the hot seat, confronted with prickly questions. Discover the value of building bridges, planting flags, offering sneak peeks, and deflecting hostile questions. Please come prepared to participate.
